Our Precision Metal Services
NYC Precision Metals delivers expert metal bending services that NYC contractors and architects rely on. To achieve this, we combine an Amada EG6013 press brake, 10-foot metal rolling equipment, and precise shearing tools. As a result, we deliver consistent bends and complex forms. Fiber Laser Cutting
First, we use a 6kW HSG fiber laser with a large cutting capacity. Additionally, it provides precise cutting for steel up to 1 inch thick. Furthermore, it handles complex shapes and tight tolerances. Finally, it ensures fast turnaround on prototypes and production runs.
Precision Metal Bending
To start, we utilize an Amada EG6013 Press Brake for steel up to .375 inches thick. Moreover, it delivers accurate and repeatable bends every time. Additionally, it offers complex forming capabilities. Consequently, it allows for quick setup on short runs.
Panel Bending Services
